Purchase of Products and Returns Policy
By using the Purchase Services to purchase the Product through the Website, you agree to pay the purchase price listed on the Website for the Product (the 'Purchase Price').
Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through Shopify (the 'Payment Gateway Provider')
In using the Purchase Services, you warrant that you have familiarised yourself with, and agree to be bound by, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Providers.
Upon confirmation of payment of the Purchase Price, we will issue a receipt.
Cannings Outdoor Power Equipment retains records of your order, including purchase details and contact information, for order processing, customer service, warranty, and marketing communications, where you have opted in to receive them. Payment details are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway provider and are not stored by Cannings Outdoor Power Equipment.
Cannings Outdoor Power Equipment may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund for the return of the Products within 14 days, provided the Product packaging is unopened and the Products remain in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause.
Return of special-order items is only permitted by prior agreement with Cannings Outdoor Power Equipment.
Returns of safety products will not be accepted to ensure the integrity of the products for future purchases.
Returns of custom-made items will not be accepted. This includes, but is not limited to, ropes cut to length, spliced rope, climbing lanyards, pole belts, etc.
All returns will be accepted at the sole discretion of the management of Cannings Outdoor Power Equipment
